Not therapy. Not a hotline. Not someone who’ll tell you what to do.
Just a steady, anonymous presence. Someone who reflects back what you’re carrying so you can finally see it clearly.

She Speaks in Mirrors is not therapy. It’s not a crisis line. It’s not a place to get diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical assessments.

What we are is a trauma-informed, anonymous space for people who want to think out loud with someone steady — someone who won’t judge, won’t give unsolicited advice, and won’t rush you toward a conclusion.
The goal isn’t to fix you. You’re not broken. The goal is to help you hear yourself more clearly.
